Athlete Training - 3 Months


Service Description

The athlete training program consists of athlete development by focusing on mobility, flexibility, power, speed, strength and conditioning. The athlete will be in small group settings with coaching and supervising throughout the workout. Each individual athlete will be assessed and put on a program that will aid in their progression. Please contact Shawn today to set up a time to check out the facility. This program also gives you access to the gym any day of the week to come in at your convenience for additional training, stretching or cardio. *Prices do not include HST
